These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the FootPulse mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service"), provided by FootPulse ("we," "us," or "our").
By downloading, accessing, or using FootPulse, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using FootPulse, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
2. The Service
FootPulse is a football news aggregator and transfer tracking application. The Service allows you to follow specific football entities (leagues, clubs, players) and receive personalized AI-generated summaries, injury updates, and push notifications based on public data sources.
3. Subscriptions (FootPulse Pro)
Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription ("Pro" tier).
- Billing: Subscriptions are billed through the respective app store (Apple App Store or Google Play) and are managed by our payment provider, RevenueCat. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID / iTunes Account or Google Play Account at confirmation of purchase.
- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- Cancellation: You can manage or cancel your subscription directly through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings. Deleting the App or your FootPulse account does not automatically cancel your subscription.
4. Third-Party Content & Disclaimers
A. News Aggregation: FootPulse displays summaries of, and deep links to, third-party content (such as posts from journalists on X/Twitter and articles from sports websites). We do not claim ownership of this third-party content, nor do we guarantee its accuracy. X and Twitter are trademarks of X Corp.
B. AI Summaries & Probabilities: The App uses Artificial Intelligence to summarize news and assign "Transfer Probabilities" or "Injury Timelines." These are automated estimates generated for entertainment and informational purposes only. They are not guaranteed facts and should never be used as the basis for financial or sports betting decisions.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or extract data, algorithms, or API endpoints from the App.
- Interfere with or disrupt the security, integrity, or performance of the Service.
6. Intellectual Property
The FootPulse name, logo, proprietary algorithms, App design, and original UI elements are the intellectual property of FootPulse. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without prior written consent.
7. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice or liability, if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time via the in-app deletion settings or by submitting a web request.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FootPulse and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of or inability to use the Service.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
